Action learning groups
Action learning is a structured process that helps and trains groups to bring about change, innovation and improvement. Each member of the group takes responsibility for solving a problem and members are supported and challenged by their colleagues. Everyone shares learning and experiences.
Groups are facilitated, and members develop key competences including problem solving, communication and inter-personal skills.
