Team development programme

This programme consists of two full-day workshops, a half-day workshop, and coaching sessions for team members. The programme can be tailored to suit the needs of specific teams.

Day one - how to be a great team

The first day is spent clarifying purpose, vision and goals, establishing a set of common values, and looking at roles, responsibilities and processes.

Day two - how to be a great team member

The second day will teach you some essential team-working skills, including good communication skills, how to build rapport, and how to brief/delegate work to colleagues.

Coaching sessions

These can either be team coaching sessions to address specific challenges, or one-to-one sessions to help clarify individual roles, motivations, competences, challenges and more.

Review day

The review session is a half-day spent reflecting on changes and improvements, and planning further development work.
