These workshops offer a range of training and facilitated sessions that increase the effectiveness and performance of individuals and teams at work. Some are run as open workshops that anyone can book onto, all can be run as in-house sessions and tailored for individual organisations.

How to be an Outstanding Account Handler - retaining and winning new business: 4 & 5 February
This two-day workshop covers many essential account handling skills and focuses on the ways in which account handlers can generate new business from existing clients as well as spotting and develop business opportunities with new clients.


Presentation Skills: 19 February
Learn the essential skills for making effective presentations in formal and informal situations.

Time and Task Management: 5 March
This workshop will teach you to think differently about workload and time management

Skills for Managing and Developing People: 18 March

his workshop will teach you the essential skills for managing people, and techniques for developing and motivating your staff.

NEW WORKSHOP

How to be an Outstanding Account Handler: retaining and winning new business

4 & 5 February

Account handlers play an essential role in both retaining and winning new business, and the account handlers who really stand outare those who provide an outstanding service by keeping clients happy and helping their agency to win new business.

The workshop covers many essential account handling skills as well as looking at ways in which account handlers can generate new business from existing clients as well as spotting and develop business opportunities with new clients. The workshop is designed for account handlers with differing levels of experience, particularly those who want to improve and broaden their skills to become outstanding.

Creating opportunities
Being organised
Pitching
Presentation skills

The workshop is very practical and throughout the two days we will be holding brainstorming sessions, group discussions and setting tasks for attendees, so there will be lots of opportunities to share ideas and experiences and to practice new skills.
