Performance Management Framework
Performance management helps individuals and teams to increase performance and achieve organisational goals. It is a framework and process that ensures the continuous development of staff.
Performance management gives individuals and teams responsibility for own performance and development, and in doing so increases commitment and motivation.
There are three key and interlinked processes in performance management – setting organisational and individual goals, the performance and development review (appraisal), and on-going coaching of staff by managers.
I run workshops for managers in planning, goal setting, conducting reviews and coaching techniques, and provide the templates for reviews and personal development plans. Workshops on reviews and coaching techniques are tailored to suit clients, and consist of some or all of the following components:
