This programme makes sure that a team has common aspirations, collective goals, a shared plan, and clear processes. It also teaches team members the essential skills for working effectively with others. In summary, the programme equips teams to achieve maximum cohesion and improved performance.

The programme consists of:

A one-day workshop - How to be a great team member
Two one hour coaching sessions for each team member
A half-day review workshop

Optional extras include a Team Management Profile for each team member with a one day workshop to help the team make best use of this information.

How to be an Outstanding Account Handler: retaining and winning business

Account handlers and other client-facing staff play a key role in retaining clients and in helping to win new business. This workshop covers many of the essential skills for maintaining good client relations, generating new business from existing clients, and spotting and developing business opportunities with new clients.

The workshop includes sessions on good communication, building relationships, why people buy, the consultative approach to gaining business and more. It is very practical and throughout the two days there will be lots of opportunities to share ideas and experiences, and to practice new skills.

Innovation Engine: a one-day workshop

This workshop puts innovation at the heart of your business.

Innovation is one of the essential success factors for any business. Innovation gives a business a unique proposition and competitive edge.

This workshop turns your company into one that:

  • generates more and better ideas
  • has the skills and knows the tricks for thinking outside the box
  • uses positive thinking to move forward

The workshop has three objectives:

To help you generate a thousand new ideas: to teach you the skills for creative thinking and for generating and capturing new ideas.

To make innovation part of your DNA: to help you to harness the creative powers of the people in your organisation, and to create the processes to ensure that new ideas are encouraged, kept alive and put to the test.

To embrace change: to take some of the fear out of change and failure.

This is a very practical workshop; there are plenty of opportunities to practice new skills, and devise new process to ensure innovation is at the heart of your company. The workshop can be tailored to suit specific needs.

Think Positively, Act decisively, Work Smartly

A one-day workshop that helps you and your staff to work more effectively, feel more motivated and achieve more at work.

Today our working lives are highly pressured. Mobile technologies ensure that we are always contactable, and everyone expects an immediate response. Very often we feel that we can only be reactive, and that we don’t have enough control of events to be proactive.

We can’t change the way things are, but we can change how we respond. We can change how we behave, how we organise ourselves, and how we tackle challenges.

The workshop uses a number of tried and tested techniques that will help you to:

  • clarify your goals
  • identify assets and opportunities
  • increase your motivation
  • respond positively to challenges
  • plan effectively
  • manage your time
  • handle the ceaseless flow of information, demands, requests, etc.

This is a highly practical workshop, you’ll leave tired, but you’ll leave with new skills, a positive outlook, greater motivation, and some detailed plans for future action.

My usual fee for this workshop is £750, but for a limited period I’m offering a reduced fee of £550. To pay the reduced fee you must book the workshop by 31st October 2008 and it must be scheduled to take place and paid for before 19th December 2008.
