I offer a range of training workshops and facilitated sessions that increase the effectiveness and performance of individuals and teams at work.
Workshops are run on an 'open' basis so that anyone can attend, and as in-house sessions and tailored for individual organisations.

NEW WORKSHOP
How to be an Outstanding Account Handler: Retaining and winning new business
Everyone with a client facing role, from MDs to account handlers to project managers, plays an essential part in both retaining clients and winning new business.
This two-day practical workshop covers many of the essential skills for maintaining good client relations, generating new business from existing clients, and spotting and developing business opportunities with new clients.
The workshop includes sessions on pitching to win, effective presentations, good communication, building relationships, the consultative approach to gaining business, and more.
For the workshop, Terry Morden has teamed up with Helen Morris from the New Business Clinic. Terry brings a wealth of knowledge on business practice and essential business skills, while Helen brings many years experience in agencies and an enviable track-record in winning new business.
